Prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric practitioners with specialized equipment are trained to promote wellness, eliminate pain, and encourage ideal fetal positioning, as well as prepare mind and body for labor and delivery.

We offer general massage as well as therapeutic prenatal and postpartum massage. Our tables are designed for safe and comfortable sessions face down, on your side, or semi-reclining, and our therapists deliver pressure to your liking and needs.

Acupuncture and Chinese herbs have been used to promote healthy and comfortable pregnancies for thousands of years. Nausea and fatigue, aches and pains, and swelling and inflammation can all be addressed, as well as preparation for labor and delivery.

Individual and couples counseling is available for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Work through fear and anxiousness and replace them with confidence and excitement. Get your relationship ready for the transition and get expert help on tough parenting issues and family dynamics.

Craniosacral work is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy that can be done as early as the first few days (or even minutes) after childbirth. A craniosacral practitioner primarily works with the bones of the head, pelvis and spine, the connective tissue and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, and the nervous system.

Pelvic health physical therapy improves belly pooch, diastasis recti (separation of abdominals), back and pelvic pain, sciatica, incontinence, vaginal wall collapse, weakness, tightness, numbing, and more. Techniques are introduced to give you access to lost core and pelvic strength, a common occurrence for many reasons including pregnancy and birth.

Labor Kneads is a one day hands-on childbirth empowerment course that teaches your partner special bodywork for pregnancy and childbirth.

The AfterBirth Plan helps you plan now for a happy and meaningful postpartum transition.

Bodywork for birth is labor support designed to improve function and comfort during labor and delivery. Modalities include a combination of massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology, acupressure, counterpressure, sacral stretching, essential oils, and sometimes chiropractic adjustments.
