Jessica Jennings, MS, ERYT, RPYT

Jessica Jennings is a Therapeutic Yoga Coach and the founder of Ma YogaⓇ for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Beyond. With a master’s in Kinesiology (Rehabilitation Exercise) and over 20 years of experience, Jessica specializes in alignment-based, therapeutic yoga to help clients relieve pain, recover from injury, and feel truly at home in their bodies.


She has trained hundreds of yoga teachers in her method and guided more than 18,000 moms and moms-to-be through her classes and programs on MaYoga.com. Jessica’s approach is compassionate, empowering, and always tailored to each client’s stage of life, goals, and needs, whether that’s pain relief, pregnancy and postpartum support, anxiety reduction, or general wellness.


Jessica believes in teaching simple alignment shifts and providing easy, effective routines so that even on your busiest days, you can feel empowered and aligned with your highest possibilities.
