When you find that your baby is allergic to something in your diet, it can be both frustrating and upsetting to try to find something that you can eat.  You may feel that there is nothing you can eat when on an elimination diet and trying to figure out what baby is allergic to or after finding out that baby is allergic to some of you favorite foods that seem impossible to live without.  However, there are many replacement foods that can help you feel that you still have options.  Most importantly, you do not need to go hungry. 

Some ideas include using coconut milk instead of dairy milk or using brown rice flour instead of wheat flour.  These are just a few ideas that Morgan can help you with in order to replace foods in your diet instead of simply eliminating foods.
