$100,000 VBAC Giveaway

Rules & Conditions:

1. All interested participants must register by December 31st, 2009.
2. All participants must have previously had a cesarean delivery and during their current pregnancy are planning to have a vaginal birth (VBAC). 
3. To be eligible, all participants must submit their registration either during or prior to their 34th week of pregnancy.
4. All participants must be currently in their first pregnancy after their previous cesarean. 
5. All participants must be willing to share their story with Berlin Wellness Group granting them the right to photograph, record, reproduce and otherwise use name, voice, biography and likeness without restriction.
6. All participants receive a total of four (4) gift certificates, of which one for each type of service may be used.  Gift certificates are not transferrable or interchangeable with other services.
7. Certificates may not be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions.
8. Certificates are not redeemable and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash.
