If you have had a cesarean section and you are pregnant then you have an important decision to make.  Your baby can be delivered by repeat cesarean or by vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC - pronounced vee-back).  In this section you will find evidence based research and conclusions that discuss the benefits and risks of both options.  Both options are every woman's right.  Our goal is to provide you with sound information so that you can make an informed decisions and to help ensure that resources are available for you to carry out those decisions.
